Things to note

- Book your visit within 60 days from purchase date

- Visit date selected can be beyond the 60 days validity

(eg. Purchase voucher on 1 Jan 2022, Voucher available for booking till 1 March 2022, Selected entry use date can be after 1 March 2022)

- No amendment after date is selected

- Voucher is non-refundable & no cancellation allowed

How To Use

- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS. Click on 'Redeem Here' on your mobile device if you receive via email/click on the URL link in the text message if you receive via SMS

- Click 'Please select visit date' and click 'USE'

- The eTicket will be sent to you in PDF eTicket

- During the date of visit, proceed to the gantry and present either mobile or printed voucher for entry.

Standard admission (Direct Entry) (ADULT)

- Opening Hours Thursday to Sunday, 2 pm to 8 pm

- Hours extended to 9 pm on School Holidays and Public Holidays

- We would also like to assure you that we have taken every safety measure necessary, in accordance with our SG Clean certification.

- All sales and renewal of Annual and Season Passes are temporarily suspended until further notice.

- Shows, street entertainment, and select experiences will not be available until further notice.

- Amber Rock Climb and Magic Potion Spin are temporarily suspended until further notice.

- Other than Meet-and-Greet sessions, all Shows and Street Entertainment Programmes are temporarily suspended until further notice.
